Sue Siami is a trusted executive coach and leadership advisor whose personnel expertise has been sought out by some of the most renowned corporations in the world. She is a Sr. HR Business Partner at SAP – Concur. For over 15 years, she served as an HR strategist for companies including Broadcom and World Singles Network. With nearly two decades of experience developing teams from the ground up, Sue has an unparalleled understanding of how great teams are built—and sustained. She brings that insight to her work coaching leaders at the top.
Sue works with organizations to develop exceptional leadership, with in turn elicits best performance from employees, strengthens culture, and increases opportunities for new and different results. She specializes in helping businesses improve how they use their human capital to create stellar performance. As always, the key is in stronger leadership and personnel development.
She is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and also holds a certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She received her BA in International Relations from UCLA and is currently working on her Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership at Gonzaga.
A native of Michigan, Sue now lives and works from Seattle with clients worldwide. In her free time, Sue is a volunteer for the global Iranian Women’s Leadership Foundation. When she’s not coaching, she loves to travel internationally (Japan is a favorite) with her husband, or you can find her taking long walks and learning everything she can from the latest business books.
